Rick Sheppard

Chief Customer and Commercial Officer USA, Kenvue

Rick leads the US Customer Development and Commercial Operations team for Kenvue, a global consumer health leader. As Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Rick is a member of the North America Leadership Team and is responsible for helping to develop and deliver strategy for the organization’s largest region. Under Rick’s leadership, the US team delivers sales, strategy, and operational excellence in service of customers and consumers who rely on iconic brands such as Tylenol, Neutrogena, Listerine, BandAid, and Johnson’s Baby.

Kevin Host

SVP, Pharmacy, Walmart and NACDS Vice Chair

Kevin Host is Walmart’s Senior Vice President of Pharmacy. Prior to joining Walmart, Kevin was the President and COO of Avita, where he led the roll-up and integration of multiple acquired companies focused on providing 340B pharmacy services to patients and providers in the HIV community.

Arthur C. Brooks

Arthur C. Brooks is the Parker Gilbert Montgomery Professor of the Practice of Public and Nonprofit Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Professor of Management Practice at the Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on leadership, happiness, and social entrepreneurship. He is also a columnist at The Atlantic, where he writes the popular “How to Build a Life” column. Brooks is the author of 13 books, including the 2022 #1 New York Times bestseller From Strength to Strength: Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life and the recently released Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier with co-author Oprah Winfrey available September 2023. He speaks to audiences all around the world about human happiness and works to raise well-being within private companies, universities, public agencies, and community organizations.
